Card Program News and Updates:
As of November 1st, 2017, UC Berkeley's Procurement Card program has moved back to Berkeley. Program information can be found on the new website: https://controller.berkeley.edu/card-program-overview(link is external).
Beginning November 01, 2017, please submit all card program inquiries as follows:
E-mail: creditcard@berkeley.edu(link sends e-mail). You can expect to receive a response within two business days. That being said, we realize that occasionally situations arise that require urgent or immediate assistance; please include 'urgent' in the subject line of your email to request the fastest possible assistance.
BluCard:
BluCard holders have a dollar threshold of $9,999.99. An individual can place orders with Suppliers when they won’t accept a PO except for the excluded Items and purchasing activities that violate policy.
For orders over the threshold, please submit the request to your buyer using the BluCard Tracking process. Buyers have the ability to make high-dollar Blucard purchases if the supplier will not accept purchase orders. All other requirements related to a purchase will apply to these transactions.
