Background: Requisition Approver role has been expanded to edit requisition permissions.
Previously when a Requisition Approver opened a Requistion they did not have the capability to edit on on any of sections on the Summary Tab (See Below):
Now the Requistion Approver can edit any of the sections on the Summary Tab (See Below):
