Agreements

Pricing, terms and conditions are determined by the agreement. In those cases where it is indicated that the agreement has been competitively bid (resulting in Primary status for that supplier for certain products or commodities), campus departments are strongly encouraged, and have the authority, to order non-equipment items at dollar amounts that are above the regular Low Value Purchase Authorization (usually up to $100K).
