Work customarily performed at UC locations by bargaining unit employees, whether in whole or in part, including but not necessarily limited to the following services:

Food service labor, including preparing/cooking food and active serving of food on-campus (delivery/drop-off of food does not apply)

Building maintenance (excluding skilled crafts)

Billing and coding services

Sterile processing

Hospital or nursing assistant services
- Medical imaging or other medical technician services
- Some intra-campus Moving Services.
